PURGING OLD CASES: The Youngstown Municipal Clerk of Court office is in the process of bundling old cases in which the person failed to appear in court. The cases will be reviewed by City Prosecutor Jay Macejko. After the review, certain charges will be dismissed by a judge. Doing the labor-intensive work are Doreene Carson, criminal supervisor, and Michael Diana, criminal clerk.
