Parents announce Dorbish-Poltar wedding date

The engagement of Marianne Louise Dorbish and David Michael Poltar, both of 4707 Arcie St., Orlando, Fla., and plans for their upcoming marriage, are being announced by their parents, Michael and Pauline Dorbish, 866 Upton Drive, Youngstown, and Mariann Poltar, 326 Obermiyer Road, Brookfield.

The couple have chosen May 23 for their wedding at 1:30 p.m. at Sts. Peter and Paul Church in Youngstown. Invitations will be issued for the ceremony and for an evening reception at the Georgetown, Boardman.

Miss Dorbish graduated from Kent State University with a bachelor’s degree in interior design. She is a senior project designer with Maverick Architecture and Design, LLC, in Orlando.

Mr. Poltar, also a son of the late Larry Poltar, is a sales representative with Signature Eyewear in Orlando. He graduated from Toledo University with a bachelor’s degree in business and administration.
