YWCA receives award

Special to The Vindicator SIGN LANGUAGE: The sign displayed by YWCA staff members carries a special message for U.S. Rep. Tim Ryan, D-17th. It acknowledges his support, which made it possible for the YWCA to receive an award of $146,000 from the 2009 Appropriations Budget. The funds will be used for workforce development, employment and training programs for the most disadvantaged citizens of the community.
