Mr. and Mrs. William Stamp Sr. observe the 40th anniversary of their wedding

YOUNGSTOWN — Mr. and Mrs. William Stamp Sr. celebrated the 40th anniversary of their wedding at their home, 547-A Wilcox Road, on June 21 with their family.

The former Judy Rusbacky and Mr. Stamp were united in marriage on that date in 1969 at Sts. Cyril and Methodius Church. The couple are members of Open Door Community Church in McDonald.

Their family includes Bil Jr. and Denise Stamp of McDonald, Matthew and Andrea Stamp of Streetsboro, and four grandchildren, Stephen, Hayden, Dylan and Andrew.

Mrs. Stamp worked for 48 years as an office clerk in the dietary department of St. Elizabeth Health Center prior to retiring in 2008.

Mr. Stamp retired in 1997 from the Ohio Department of Transportation in Ravenna, where he was employed for 30 years.
