“Community Connection” (6:30 a.m., WFMJ-TV 21): Educational fun best describes Ohio Chautauqua 2009. Jan Vaughn from the Warren Trumbull Public Library and Bobbie Brown of the Fine Arts Council of Trumbull County will join host Madonna Chism Pinkard to discuss the event, sponsored by the Ohio Humanities Council. With the theme “Inventors and Innovators,” Chautauqua will be presented Monday through July 3 in downtown Warren.

Next, Mary McMillen of Certified Angus Beef Board will share grilling tips for the Fourth of July holiday, and Jerry Bostocky of Phantom Fireworks will discuss fireworks safety. Elliott Giles of the Youngstown Youth Flag Football Association will also share news about the Flag Football Association of Columbus and the local students who will participate in the state tournament.
