Howland contestant in Miss Ohio event

MANSFIELD — Heather Wells of Howland, competing as Miss Ohio River in the Miss Ohio competition, finished among the top ten of 24 contestants. Erica Gelhaus of St. Henry was crowned Miss Ohio at the pageant Saturday at the Renaissance Theater.
