Belfast-Arnoto engagement is being announced

YOUNGSTOWN — Jennifer Belfast of Youngstown and Mark Arnoto of Lisbon are announcing their engagement and plans for their summer wedding.

The couple have chosen Aug. 16 for their open wedding at 2:30 p.m. at Trinity United Methodist Church, and for their by-invitation evening reception at Avion on the Water in Canfield.

The bride-elect is a daughter of Rose Anne Millich of Youngstown and the late James Belfast. She graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor’s degree in nursing and is a registered nurse at Maxim Healthcare.

Parents of the future groom are Ernest Arnoto of Lisbon and Rhonda Garwood of Salem. He is a corrections officer with the State of Ohio in Leavittsburg.
