Historical Day events set for North Bloomfield

NORTH BLOOMFIELD — Historical Day events have been scheduled from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. July 18 at the park, at the intersection of state routes 45 and 87.

Dash plates will be awarded to those entering classic and antique cars and trucks, antique tractors and farm implements at the event.

A preview of Chinese auction items will be available beginning at 9 a.m., and drawings will start at 3 p.m. There will be a $50 door prize. A full-course Amish wedding dinner will be served from noon to 2 p.m. at the United Methodist Church. Tickets can be purchased from any Historical Society member or by calling (440) 685-4758. Rounding out the festivities will be Country Western entertainment and a raffle for a Brinkman Grill at 4 p.m.
