Team scramble format chosen for golf outing

HUBBARD — Rain or shine there will be a golf outing on July 11 at Pine Lakes Golf Club, 6233 W. Liberty St. The event will be sponsored by Sts. Cyril and Methodius Church, 252 E. Wood St.,

The entry fee is $75 per golfer or $300 a team, which includes 18 holes of golf, half a cart, refreshments, dinner and prizes. Play for the team scramble will get under way with a shotgun start at 2 p.m.

Proceeds from the outing will benefit the church repair fund and pay for the elevator and the restoration of stained glass windows.
