Karen Churn of Columbiana aced the 120-yard No. 2 hole at Valley Golf Club in Columbiana. It was her first hole-in-one. Witnesses were Chuck Churn, Cindy Reash and Dick Reash. They were participating in the Leetonia SAL Scramble.

Bud Hull scored a hole-in-one on the 105-yard No. 18 hole at Lakeside Golf Course. He used a pitching wedge. Witnesses were Cindy “Lou” Baker, Dick Bates and John Dorbish.

Frank Sybelnik aced the 169-yard No. 5 hole at Knoll Run. He used a 6-iron during the Struthers Wildcat Scramble. Witnesses were Mike Dobos, Mike Sanko and Bill Daley.

Pat Tobin of Mt. Pleasant, S.C., aced the 203-yard No. 6 at Pine Lakes Golf Club with a 5-wood.
