It was incorrectly reported on A1 of Thursday’s edition that Michael Thomas, 18, of Boardman accepted a plea deal Wednesday evening in Mahoning County Area Court in Canfield on a charge of aggravated trespass in relation to a Feb. 22 fight at the residence of Michael Malvasi Jr. on Timber Run Drive. Thomas did not appear in court but entered a request for a jury trial before the Wednesday hearing and will appear for a pretrial hearing July 29.
