Two injured in Edinburg, Pa., crash

EDINBURG, Pa. — Police are investigating a two-car accident resulting in injuries here.

Police said William R. Smith of Taylor Street in Girard pulled to a stop sign Wednesday and stopped at the intersection of Skyhill Road and Harbor Edinburg Road. Police said Smith pulled through the stop sign striking a car driven by Deborah Nocera of Gary Lane in Edinburg.

Nocera and an unnamed passenger in her car were taken to Jameson Memorial Hospital. There is no word on their condition or whether Smith was injured.
