Ribbon-cutting ceremony set for men’s spa, salon

YOUNGSTOWN — A ribbon-cutting ceremony will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at William Leonard’s Extraordinary Gentlemen Salon & Spa, 101 W. Federal St.

The salon specializes in cutting only men’s hair. It also provides hand care, foot care and massage therapy. The owner is Lisa Reali, who has 21 years of experience in the salon industry.

Hours are 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday. Reali said appointments are appreciated, but walk-ins are welcome.

Gas-cost recovery rate drops slightly in Ohio

COLUMBUS – Columbia Gas of Ohio said its gas-cost recovery rate for July will be 68 cents per hundred cubic feet of natural gas, compared with 73 cents in June. This is the rate that is charged to customers who buy gas from the utility.

Columbia said the new rate, which will be in effect from June 29 to July 28, reflects current market conditions.

The typical residential customer would see a July bill of $27.49, compared with $33.47 in July 2008, the company said.
