Cummings-Lowry wedding plans are announced

YOUNGSTOWN — Announced by Patrick and Rebecca Lowry, 466 Bradley Lane, is the engagement of their son, Joseph Patrick Lowry, and Eileen Ann Cummings, both of 20873 Quay Lane, Sterling, Va., and plans for their upcoming marriage.

The bride-elect is a daughter of Jeanne M. Cummings of 70 Great Oak Drive, Hudson, and the late John F. Cummings.

Invitations will be extended for the 2 p.m. July 18 wedding the couple have planned and for their reception. The ceremony will take place at St. Mary Catholic Church in Hudson, and their reception will be that evening at Cleveland Marriott Downtown at Key Center in Cleveland.

Miss Cummings is a teacher with Loudoun County Public Schools in Virginia. She graduated from John Carroll University in University Heights with a bachelor’s degree in education. She earned a master’s in education from Loyola University in Chicago.

Mr. Lowry graduated from John Carroll University with a bachelor’s degree in political science. He is an emergency planner with the U.S. House of Representatives Office of Emergency Operations in Washington.
