No one hurt when shots hit house

YOUNGSTOWN — Police said no one was hurt when numerous bullets were fired into a house in the 1900 block of Summer Street around 2 a.m. today.

A woman and her teenage son were asleep in the house and were awakened by the sound of gunfire.

Police said at least seven shots hit the house, several of them passing through the outer wall.

A witness told police he saw a white car, possibly, a Cadillac, fleeing the area immediately after the shots were fired.
