Masons conduct annual installation ceremony


SALEM — Several dignitaries were in attendance as Salem Commandery of York Rite conducted an annual installation of officers on June 9 at the Salem Masonic building.

Inducted were Lewis Hartsough, commander; Clyde Stratman, generalissmo; Gary Ronshausen Sr., captain general; Eric Forney senior warden; Brad Lankford, junior warden; Steve Ronshausen, prelate; Mike Stumperth, treasurer; Bill Stanley, recorder; Gary Ronshausen Jr., standard bearer; Don Jugenheimer, sword bearer; Jim Forney, warden; and Ralph Phillips, sentinel.

The ceremony was conducted by Ray Yoder, installing officer; Glen Adams, marshal; Jim Griffith, prelate; and Bill Stanley, recorder.

A donation was made to Knight Templar Eye Research, and plans were made for a corn roast on Aug. 12 for member and their families.
