Special to The Vindicator

HOME AGAIN: A boot-box hall tree, originally owned by the McBride family, is back home again and will be among the historical artifacts on display from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday at the McBride House, 27 Hager St., Hubbard.

The hall tree was created in the 1900s and was stored for a number of years in a garage, resulting in some damage. It was rescued and restored to nearly new condition by Richard Rolfe of Hubbard, pictured. He used it in his home before donating it to the McBride House.
