NILES — Dawn Marie (Porrazzo) Al-Dabbas and Smith E. Manson, both of Youngstown, were united in marriage in an evening ceremony on May 23 at Ciminero’s Banquet Center, where a reception followed. The Rev. Cindy Cirelli officiated.

The bride is the daughter of Anthony and Dolores Porrazzo of Youngstown, and the groom is the son of Elizabeth Manson of Magnolia, Ohio, and the late Eric Manson.

The newlyweds plan a delayed honeymoon to Spain.

The bride, a graduate of Choffin School of Surgical Technology, is a surgical technology instructor for Youngstown City Schools. She is also the office manager for Energywise Home Improvements, Struthers.

The groom attends Youngstown State University, studying historical restoration.

The bride wore a floor-length gown that featured a V neckline, cap sleeves and an A-line skirt.

Paula Porrazzo, the bride’s sister-in-law, was her honor attendant, and bridesmaids were Bridgette Bobonick and Shereen Romahi. They wore platinum-colored gowns. The bride’s niece, Katrina Porrazzo, was the flower girl.

The groom’s brother Mark Manson was his best man, and groomsmen were Anthony Porrazzo Jr., the bride’s brother; E.B. Al-Dabbas Jr., the bride’s son; and Anthony Porrazzo III, the bride’s nephew.

Also participating was the bride’s cousin. Johnny Porrazzo, who sang at the ceremony and reception.
