• The birth of their first child, a daughter, is being announced by Michael and Laura (Burdick) Deeds, 6102 Pine Grove Circle, Alexandria, Va. The infant, Summer Elizabeth, was born June 3 at Inova Fairfax Hospital in Falls Church, Va. Her grandparents are David and Mary Deeds of Youngstown and William and Carol Burdick of Springfield, Va.
