Austintown Library Friends plan programs
Special to The Vindicator
HISTORICAL MOMENTS: Austintown Friends of the Library have scheduled a series of programs that will recreate important moments in history.
At 10 a.m. Monday, the public is invited to join the Friends as they greet one of the signers of the Declaration of Independence, John Hancock (impersonated by William Johnson). He will give a speech focusing on a Boston establishment that served as a hub for Patriots and Redcoats.
Looking forward to the historical program are, from left, Bev Sharnek, Abe Lincoln (portrayed by Pete Raymond of Wooster) and Doug Wilcox.
