• The Vietnam Veterans of America, Beaver County Chapter 862, celebrates its ninth annual “Support Our Troops Rally” at 5 p.m. Sunday at the gazebo in Quay Park, across from the Beaver County (Pa.) Courthouse. A headline in the Metro Digest on B1 in Sunday’s newspaper had the wrong day for the event.

• A flag disposal ceremony is set for 8:45 p.m. June 26 at the Sons of American Legion Mahoning Valley Squadron 15 Post, 35 Cortland St., Poland. You can drop off worn, frayed or faded flags at the post home or call (330) 757-8722. An incorrect phone number appeared in the Metro Digest on B1 in Monday’s editions.

• The names of five Austintown Fitch High School students — David Yeager, David Yohman, Kelsey Zatvarnicky, Kassie Ziegler and Marisa Zimmermann — inadvertently were omitted from the graduation listing from that high school that appeared on the Graduates Class of 2009 listing on B4 in Monday’s paper. The Vindicator will rerun the entire Fitch graduating class listing in Saturday’s editions.

• Poland Seminary High School’s 2009 graduates included 10 valedictorians and one salutatorian. A box accompanying a story in Monday’s editions listed only one valedictorian. The entire list will be published in our salute to graduates in Thursday’s newspaper.
