REUNIONS | Former classmates plan to meet

• Campbell Memorial High School Class of 1959 will observe it 50th reunion Sept. 19. Invitations have been mailed. Anyone with information on classmates who have moved or have not been contacted is asked to call Sally Botch Black, (330) 758-8256.

• The annual Gillis family reunion will be July 19 at East Palestine Country Club. Descendants of Peter and Mary Gillis and their siblings are invited. The event will begin with coffee and doughnuts at 10 a.m. A main dish and beverages will be provided for the 1 p.m. meal; families are asked to take a covered dish to share and an item for an auction. Golfers are reminded to schedule their own tee times by calling (330) 426-9761.

• Hubbard High School Class of 1951 will meet for lunch at noon June 17 at Frankie’s. All classmates are welcome.

• Struthers High School Class of 1954 will meet for breakfast at 9 a.m. Saturday at Denny’s restaurant on Route 224 in Boardman. No reservations are needed. Guests are welcome. Plans are being made for the 55th class reunion Sept. 11 at The Oak View.
