Rezek anniversary celebrated with family and friends
COLUMBIANA — Mr. and Mrs. Richard Rezek of Columbiana celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary June 6 with family and friends at the Avalon Inn, Butler Trumbull Branch, in Howland. Hostswere their children.
Married on June 6, 1959, at St. Edward Church in Youngstown, the Rezeks lived in Boardman for 35 years before moving to Columbiana in 2001. They are active members of St. Luke Parish in Boardman.
Mr. Rezek is the retired superintendent of Jackson-Milton Local Schools, and Mrs. Rezek is retired from Benefit Trust Life Insurance Co. in Youngstown.
Their family includes: Richard Jr. and Mary Beth Rezek and their children, Jesse, Amber, and Emily, of Cleveland; Mary Gael and Dan Peacock and their children, Danny and Andrew, of Hubbard; Jan and David Strahm and their three children, David Jr., Jack and Dylan, of Columbus; Christopher and Denise Rezek and their children, Christopher Jr., and Olivia, of Atlanta, Ga.; and the Rezeks’ great-grandchild, Andrew Joseph Fiorpiselli of Boardman.
