Jameson guild presents check at luncheon

GUILD GOODNESS: Jameson Health System CEO Douglas D. Danko greets Jameson Junior Guild members Glenna Sentgeorge, left, and Janet Burkholder at the Guild’s spring luncheon. He had much to smile about; the president of the Guild, Margery Weyrick, had presented him with a check for $215,000. It was the final payment on the Guild’s latest $1 million pledge.

The pledge money has purchased new furniture and state-of-the-art patient beds for the hospital rooms. After the meeting, Danko made the rounds of luncheon tables, personally thanking all the women.
