Hubbard changes recycling regulations

HUBBARD — The city will no longer accept cardboard at its recycling center, 33 W. Liberty St., (behind the fire station) starting June 12. Bottles, cans and papers will still be accepted. Officials said that anyone violating this directive will be cited to court.
