COURT

George Denney has been appointed court administrator for Youngstown Municipal Court. He had been a bailiff for 10 years for Judge Robert Milich. Denney earned a bachelor’s degree in communications and journalism from Youngstown State University.

SERVICE

Fred Moran has been elected as president of The Youngstown Club. He and his son, Pat, own Window World in Boardman. The club provides dining as well as meeting space on the fourth and fifth floors of the Commerce Building downtown.

LAW

Sean Scullin of New Waterford has joined the law firm of Roth, Blair, Roberts, Strasfeld & Lodge. He is a graduate of Capital University Law School in Columbus. He received his bachelor’s degree in finance from Youngstown State University.

SALES

These local residents have become independent consultants with Tastefully Simple, a national direct-sales company: Rebecca Scarpaci of Niles and Kimberly Check of Warren. As consultants, they offer the company’s gourmet foods and beverages to guests at home taste-testing parties.

CALL CENTER

InfoCision Management Corp. has promoted John Berkenyi of Canfield to supervisor at its call center in Austintown. He will take a more active part in managing call-center programs, training program supervisors and maintaining the general functions of the center.
