Center to provide testing and tasting programs

SALEM — Salem Community Center, Ellsworth Avenue, has scheduled body fat testing from 9 to 11 a.m. Monday and Wednesday and 4 to 6 p.m. June 15 and 17. Appointments are limited and required, and can be made by signing up at the front desk.

Also scheduled is a grilling seminar to be at 7 p.m. Monday, featuring Mike’s Penn Avenue Grille.

The cost for the seminar is $8. Chef Mike Cranmer will provide samples of grilled seafood and speak on rubs, marinades and temperatures for lamb and pork.
