Underage possession: Police arrested an 18-year-old Boardman man for underage possession of alcohol after finding beer in the trunk of his car.

May 24

Underage alcohol: A woman told police she stopped at the house on Timber Run Drive and discovered around 20, 16- to 17-year-olds and a lot of alcoholic drinks. Her daughter was passed out in the living room.

Drug paraphernalia: Police arrested a 15-year-old female passenger from Canfield in a car at Pizza Joe’s, 400 W. Main St. The girl had a smoke pipe containing suspected marijuana and nine Marlboro cigarettes. She was released to her mother.

Drug abuse: Police arrested a 41-year-old North Canton man at West Main Street and Stratford Green Drive on charges of drug abuse marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Disorderly conduct: A man was issued a summons for disorderly conduct at a home in the 500 block of Forest Hill Drive.

Drug offense: A Youngstown woman was issued a summons for possession of drug abuse instruments and an Austintown woman was issued a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia at the Uni-Mart, 890 N. Canfield-Niles Road.

Theft: A man was caught filming a movie at Regal Cinemas, 6020 Mahoning Ave.

Criminal damaging: A vehicle window was broken in the south parking lot at MBS Logistics, 500 Victoria Road.

Criminal damaging: The front window of a building was shot out at Bake Mark, 120 Victoria Road.

Theft: Treated lumber was stolen from a construction site in the 700 block of South Raccoon Road.

Criminal damaging: A window was shot out on a street sweeper parked at the Austintown Fire Station No. 4, 1690 S. Turner Road.

Criminal trespass: A man is accused of trespassing at a home in the 100 block of Howard Street in a feud between neighbors.

Theft: A GPS unit was stolen from an auto in the 4000 block of Westchester Drive.

Criminal damaging: A vehicle window was shot at with a pellet gun at a home in the 3000 block of Orchard Hill Drive.

Felonious assault: A man reported that he and his 3-year-old daughter attempted to leave Buffalo Wild Wings, 6000 Mahoning Ave., when he was approached by his ex-girlfriend and her ex-husband. The pair yelled at the man and attempted to block his entry into his car, the man punched the car and later, the couple entered their own car and tried to force the victim off the road.
