Warren man charged with drug trafficking

WARREN — Michael R. Anderson, 32, of Mahoning Avenue pleaded innocent to a charge of aggravated trafficking in drugs. Police found $33,647, 10 pounds of suspected marijuana, four ounces of suspected cocaine and various other drugs at his home.

Anderson, 32, appeared today in Warren Municipal Court, where Judge Thomas Gysegem set bond at $2,500 and set a hearing for 10:15 a.m. July 8 on the felony charge.

Officers found the cash and suspected drugs at Anderson’s home May 21, but he was arrested today. If convicted, he could spend 10 years in prison.
