Hubbard Chamber to bring Tribe’s McBride as speaker

HUBBARD — The Hubbard Area Chamber of Commerce will have its quarterly luncheon at noon June 10 at Frankie’s Main Street Cafe, 368 North Main St. The guest speaker will be Greg McBride from the Cleveland Indians. For reservations, call (330) 534-5120 by noon June 8.

Valley Alltel stores feature Verizon Wireless

YOUNGSTOWN — Beginning early this month, the Alltel stores in the Mahoning Valley will begin featuring Verizon Wireless merchandising and handsets. Alltel customers who do not want to move to Verizon accounts will continue to receive sales and service support on their existing accounts, Verizon said. Also, Verizon customers can now be served at the Alltel new locations. The changes are the result of a merger between Verizon and Alltel.
