Boardman to host 31st Cars in the Park

BOARDMAN — The 31st annual Cars in the Park show will take place this weekend.

The Mahoning Valley Olde Car Club will host its show from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. Sunday at Boardman Park.

The event is free and open to the public and will feature classic cars, a 50/50 raffle, Chinese auction, food and prizes for entrants.

Also at the event is the 2nd annual All-County Pinewood Derby Race. Registration is required before at the event’s start and is $1 per car.

It is open to ages 5-17 and will have prizes.

Any donations will benefit Tabitha Fiorenza, an 8-year-old who underwent a heart transplant in November.
