Halaparda-Lewis wedding date is set for October 10

BOARDMAN — Julie Ann Halaparda and Anthony Allen Lewis are engaged to be married, her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Richard Halaparda, are announcing. He is the son of Kimberly Gomez. All are of Boardman.

The bride-elect graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. She is a preschool teacher at Wee Care Day Care and Learning Center.

The prospective groom works as a press operator for Lifetime Fenders in Canfield.

On Oct. 10, the couple will be united in marriage during an open 1:30 p.m. ceremony at St. Charles Catholic Church.

Afterward, invited guests will congratulate them during an evening reception at the Byzantine Center at the Grove.
