Gardeners invited to participate in show

GUSTAVUS — Friendly Garden Club has chosen “Children’s Garden” as the theme for its annual flower show Aug. 22 at Gustavus Town Hall, state Route 193 at 87.

Anyone who would like to enter a flower arrangement or horticulture specimen is asked to take it to the town hall between 8 and 10 a.m. on show day. Public viewing will be from 1:30 to 5 p.m. For more information call (330) 876-6070.
