Parents announce Schissel-Masters wedding plans

BOARDMAN — The wedding of Anna Schissel, 2630 Netherland Dr., 102, and Tom Masters, 425 Dayton Towers Drive, both of Dayton, will take place Sept. 26 at St. James Meeting House in Boardman Park.
Tom and Jane Masters, 33 Millcreek Drive, Boardman, parents of the prospective groom, are announcing the couple’s engagement. Jan and Marv Schissel, 32201 S. 616 Road, Grove, Okla., are the parents of the bride-to-be.
Invitations will be extended for the wedding, and the couple will receive invited guests that evening at a reception at the Tippecanoe Country Club.
Miss Schissel graduated with a degree in microbiology from Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, Okla. She earned a doctor of osteopathic medicine degree from the Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville, Mo. The bride-to-be, an OB/GYN resident, is on active duty with the United States Air Force in Dayton.
Mr. Masters earned a degree in biology from Denison University in Granville and a doctor of medicine degree from Wright State University School of Medicine in Dayton. He is an emergency medicine resident at Wright State.
