Retirement planning at Park Vista Aug. 12

YOUNGSTOWN — Thomas P. Shortreed, MBA, CRPC, a senior financial adviser with Ameriprise Financial, thinks retirement isn’t the end, but a new beginning.

The public is invited to a financial planning program at 1 p.m. Aug. 12 in the Park Vista Gathering Room, 1216 Fifth Ave., Youngstown. Refreshments will be served.
