Family Fun Day set in New Wilmington

NEW WILMINGTON — The New Wilmington Ministerium, in conjunction with the New Wilmington Area chamber of Commerce, will host Family Fun Day on Aug. 2 at the Westminster College Amphitheatre.

The event will begin at 10:30 a.m. with a community Church Service. Lunch will be available for purchase through several church and community organizations. Rick Bruening is the featured artist, and he’ll be on stage from 11:45 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The local M.O.P.S. group will have their annual carnival on site, with many children’s activities, a Chinese auction and a bake sale. Admission is free.
