Boardman fire caused by child playing with lighter

BOARDMAN — A child playing with a lighter is believed to be the cause of a blaze that caused about $80,000 damage to a South Cadillac Drive home.

The fire was reported about 7:15 p.m. Tuesday at the home at 67 S. Cadillac. No injuries were reported.

The child caught clothing on fire with the lighter.
