Pa. man charged with taking ‘up-skirt’ pictures at store

IRWIN, Pa. (AP) — A western Pennsylvania man is charged with invasion of privacy and disorderly conduct for allegedly using his cell phone and a mirror on the bottom of a shopping cart to take pictures up the skirt of a 13-year-old girl.

North Huntingdon police say an employee at the Target store on Route 30 watched 39-year-old Brian Grosser maneuver the cart behind the girl and use his cell phone to take pictures of the images reflected in the mirror. Police say Grosser put the phone to his ear and began talking when he noticed the employee watching him, then ran away.

Criminal charges from the July 9 incident have been mailed to Grosser. The Associated Press could not find a phone number listed in his name.

He faces a preliminary hearing Sept. 30.
