KAUAI, Hawaii — Mandi Christine Bero and Dr. Douglas Howard Musser, both of Canfield, Ohio, were united in marriage in a sunset ceremony on April 24 on the beach at the Grand Hyatt Resort. A traditional Polynesian luau followed the wedding.

After a two-week honeymoon in Hawaii, the couple live in Canfield.

The bride, a daughter of Thomas and Margaret Bero, 6400 Duncan Drive, Poland, is a registered nurse with the neuro-spine unit at St. Elizabeth Health Center, Youngstown, Ohio.

The groom is a son of William and Judy Musser and Edward and JoAnn Kunzelman, all of Chillicothe. He is an orthopaedic spine surgeon with Youngstown Orthopaedic Associates.

Beading enhanced the bride’s strapless white satin gown. It featured a sweetheart neckline, laced-up back, a draped skirt and semicathedral train.

Heather Scott was honor attendant, and bridesmaids were Jennifer Bero, Tiffany Perry, Nikki Pagano, Diana Kelly, Tiffany Shirilla, Christa Shirilla and Gabrielle Ciotti. They wore mermaid blue gowns. Flower girls were Abbey Musser, Abbey Perry, Nadia Galazia and Stella Pagano, who wore white dresses.

Dr. Paul Pagano performed the duties of best man, and groomsmen were Darron Musser, David Musser, Drew Musser, Jacob Musser, Aaron Bero, Josh Bero, James Perry and Joe Ciotti. Ring bearers were Alex Musser, Robbie Musser, Eric Shirilla and Enzo Pagano.
