Kloss will be responsible for overseeing Home Savings’ risk management program. She has 33 years of experience in the financial services industry. She earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Youngstown State University. She received the Outstanding Alumna Award from the YSU business college.

First National Bank of Pennsylvania has hired Karen Cessna as vice president of private banking. She manages private banking portfolios for individuals with sophisticated financial needs. Her territory covers the bank’s Ohio locations. She was vice president, private banking, at Huntington Bank. She earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in business administration from YSU. She received the Outstanding Alumna Award from the YSU business college in 1999.

Kevin Boyanowski of Canfield has been named senior vice president of global sourcing for Family Dollar Stores, which is based in Charlotte, N.C. He previously was a partner and solution lead for IBM’s Global Business Services. He earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from Wake Forest University.

H. John Lichtefeld has been hired by HNS Polygraph Services of Youngstown. He is an accredited forensic psychophysiologist. He retired from the FBI after serving 26 years as a special agent and a supervisory special agent. Before working for the FBI, Lichtefeld was a police officer and attorney in the Pittsburgh area. Lichtefeld earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Duke University and a law degree from the University of Louisville.

InfoCision Management Corp. has hired Christopher Parise of Niles as program supervisor at the company’s Boardman call center. Parise will be responsible for managing telephone-marketing programs and ensuring all communicators are properly trained.
