Women artists exhibit

HOWLAND — The public can view the YWCA of Youngstown’s 27th annual Women Artists: A Celebration art show through July 26 at the Trumbull Branch of the Butler Institute of American Art, 9350 E. Market St.

A public Patron’s Party is scheduled from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday. Featured will be music and hors d’oeuvres, and approximately $1,000 in merit prizes will be awarded to the artists. Admission is $35, payable at the door or by calling the YWCA. (330) 746-6361.

Drawings for artwork will take place at the party.
