YOUNGSTOWN — Maryn Schwebel, daughter of Dorothy and Paul Schwebel of Canfield, and Paul Been, son of Claudia and Ken Been of Farmington Hills, Mich., were united in marriage June 7 at Temple El Emeth.
Rabbi Joseph Schonberger officiated at the 5:30 p.m. ceremony, and the couple accepted congratulations during a reception at Leo’s Ristorant in Howland.
After a wedding trip to Hawaii, they live in Copley.
The bride’s strapless ivory silk organza A-line gown featured a sweetheart neckline, a shirred bodice, and a satin ribbon and floral detail at the waistline.
Light-pink gowns were worn by Jana Leenheer, the honor attendant, and the bridesmaids, Laura Been, Arica Kinast, Sara Polikov, Jamie Bill, Mayuri Furgala and Kelly Lynch. Emily Tracht was flower girl.
David Feld performed the duties of best man, and groomsmen were Andrew Schwartz, Richard Olstein, Jason Maltzman, Stevan Rosenberg, Adam Schwebel and Joseph Leenheer. Noah Tracht was ring bearer, and Jack Barber and Max Barber were ushers.
The bride graduated from Syracuse University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. She is the office manager at Schwebel Baking Co.
The groom earned a bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of Michigan and graduated in May from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. He will serve his residency in emergency medicine at Akron General Hospital.
