CRISTIN VIMMERSTEDT | MICHAEL BALALE
CAMPBELL — Cristin M. Vimmerstedt, 8131 Deerpath Drive, Boardman, and Michael J. Balale, 356 Apple Drive, Exton, Pa., were married at 1:30 p.m. May 30 at Archangel Michael Greek Orthodox Church.
The Rev. Steve Denas officiated, and a reception followed at Mr. Anthony’s in Boardman. After a wedding trip to Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic, the couple live in Exton.
Parents of the couple are Carl and Rose Vimmerstedt of the Boardman address, and John and Kathy Balale, 429 Tenney Ave.
The bride’s strapless ivory satin gown featured beaded embroidery, an organza ballgown skirt and a chapel train.
Nisha Bajpai was the honor attendant, and bridesmaids were Michelle Amadio, Angela Ritz, Nicole Pantelis, Elizabeth Amadio, Carrie Marks, Rachel Burda, Genevieve Grable, Margaret Vimmerstedt and Sarah Hierro. Mia Marantis was flower girl.
Nick Maglis was best man, and groomsmen were Marc Balale, Carl Vimmerstedt, Matt Lorenzi, Jon Lambrinos, Christopher Zetts, Elefterios Kokkinos, Stavros Likouris, Michael Kavouras and Josh Morales. George Marantis was ring bearer, and Erik Ritz was crown bearer.
Mrs. Balale graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor’s degree in music and from the University of Miami with a master’s in piano performance. She is a piano teacher in Exton. Mr. Balale, a store manager with J.C. Penney in Exton. earned a bachelor’s in journalism at YSU.
