Mahoning Co. grand jury indicts man for Feb. 21 homicide

YOUNGSTOWN — A fourth man has been indicted in the shooting death of a 24-year-old city man early this year.

A Mahoning County grand jury handed up the indictment today against Brandon T. Clinkscale, 24, of Selma Avenue, on charges of murder, felonious assault and improperly discharging a firearm at or into a habitation. There also is a firearm specification in the indictment, meaning Clinkscale could face additional jail time if convicted.

Police have charged Clinkscale and several others with the Feb. 21 shooting of 24-year-old Melkanoe L. Bowman.
