Ryan Davis, 18, of Hillman Way, aggravated robbery and kidnapping with firearm specifications.

Kesha Tensley, 31, Plazaview Court, two counts of felonious assault.

Cheryl Grossberger, 58, Euclid Avenue, failure to confine or restrain a vicious dog.

Charles Borton, 23, Brookwood Drive, Boardman or Lowell Avenue, Youngstown, possession of cocaine.

Dianna Bandy, 53, state Route 62, Beloit, felonious assault.

Belinda Mazzei, 43, Homeworth Road, Homeworth, tampering with evidence.

Andrew Whitlor, 26, North Truesdale Avenue or Hill Street, possession of cocaine and tampering with evidence.

Jaquan Weaver, 19, West Evergreen Avenue, illegal possession of a weapon and carrying concealed weapons.

Dominic Pezzulo, 26, Overlook Drive, Hillsville, Pa., receiving stolen property.
