REUNIONS | Former classmates plan to meet

• Austintown Fitch High School Class of 1974 will have a 35th reunion from 6 to 11 p.m. Sept. 5 at Bedford House Bed and Breakfast, 125 Dogwood Way, Pulaski, Pa. The cost is $10 per person and includes a catered picnic and nonalcoholic beverages. Payment should be mailed by Aug. 1 to Marcia Gamble Sturdevant, 3930 Chaucer Way, Youngstown, OH 44511. • Campbell Memorial High School Class of 1944 will meet for lunch at 2 p.m. July 14 at the Holiday Inn in Boardman for its 65th-year reunion. No reservations are needed. All classmates are welcome.

• Cardinal Mooney High School Class of 1969 will have a 40th class reunion at 7 p.m. Aug, 8 at The Byzantine Center at the Grove, 3801 Shady Run Road, Youngstown. The cost for the invitation-only event is $40 per person. Reservations and payment are due by July 18. Anyone knowing a classmate who did not receive an invitation is asked to call (330) 539-6694.

• Chaney High School Classes of January and June 1943 and 1944 will have a reunion Aug. 8 at the pavilion of the Saxon Club on South Meridian Avenue. • East High School Class of 1954 will meet for lunch at 12:30 p.m. Monday at Johnny’s Restaurant on Market Street. Spouses are welcome.

• The descendants of Angelo and Mary (Bernard) Italiano will meet for their 54th annual family reunion on Sunday at the Ursuline Motherhouse on Shields Road. Coffee and doughnuts will be served at 10 a.m., and a buffet lunch will begin at noon. Games and swimming will follow. Host family this year will be the Dominic Italiano family.

• The O’Conner reunion will begin at 11 a.m. Aug. 2 at Grove City Park. Lunch will be around 1 p.m. Members are to take a covered dish and dessert, and a wrapped gift for bingo will be appreciated. There will be karaoke and a basket raffle.

• The Rayen School Class of 1945 will have a 64th reunion brunch at 10:30 a.m. July 18 at the Club Lake (formerly Fonderlac Country Club), 1140 Paulin Road, New Springfield. The cost is $20. There will be a mixer at 7 p.m. Sept. 25, and the reunion will begin at 5:30 p.m. Sept. 26 and will include a sit-down dinner and dancing.
