For our Aug. 2 feature, let’s turn our attention to a different kind of fun — summer festivals! There are lots of area festivals that offer loads of laughter. They started popping up in early June, and they’ll continue through Labor Day. Let us take a peek at the “Festival Favorites” you’ve already captured for your scrapbook.
