Vendors are sought for block watch event

YOUNGSTOWN — Bryn Mawr Block Watch on the East Side will present a summer outing and yard sale from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. July 11 at the corner of Liberty Road and Fairfax Street. Vendors can reserve a space for $10.
