Tickets still available for Journey-Heart show

YOUNGSTOWN — Single tickets and seats with possibly obstructed views are still available for the Aug. 20 Journey/Heart concert at Covelli Centre.

The single tickets can be purchased at the box office, Ticketmaster.com, all Covelli Centre retail locations, including Giant Eagle and Macy’s, or by phone at (866) 448-7849.

The possibly obstructed-view tickets are available only at the box office. According to a press release from the arena, the seats could turn out to be the best in the house, but because of production may have parts of the stage blocked by sound equipment. The extent of the possible obstruction will not be known until the day of the show.

NEW YORK — Peace and love will last a lot longer than three days at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum, which is celebrating Woodstock’s 40th anniversary with a new exhibit.

From July 3 to Nov. 29, the center in Cleveland will feature items from the legendary three-day weekend in upstate New York. The exhibit will also include the original written plan for the event from its producer, Michael Lang.

There are an array of events that are being planned to commemorate the anniversary of Woodstock, which took place from Aug. 15-17, 1969, and featured Janis Joplin, The Who, Jimi Hendrix and dozens other rock acts.
