Broderick-Deak wedding date is being announced

Erin Kate Broderick, daughter of Gary and Lori Broderick, 8454 Hitchcock Road, Boardman, and Andrew Deak, son of William and Karen Deak, 11875 Castleton Lane, Grafton, are announcing the couple’s engagement and plans for their approaching marriage.

The couple have planned an open wedding at 1:30 p.m. Aug. 1 at St. Dominic Catholic Church in Youngstown.

Invitations will be extended for their evening reception at DeYor Performing Arts Center, Youngstown.

Miss Broderick graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor’s degree, and from Northeastern Ohio Universities Colleges of Medicine in Rootstown with a medical degree. She served as an emergency medicine chief resident with Summa Health System in Akron and is an ultrasound fellow at MetroHealth Medical Center in Cleveland.

Mr. Deak is employed in dental medicine with Deak and Kramer Inc., in Elyria. He earned his bachelor’s degree from YSU, his medical degree from NEOUCOM, and his doctor of dental medicine degree from Case School of Dental Medicine in Cleveland. He completed his preliminary medicine residency with Summa Health System.
